Welcome to Driven OS. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Driven OS mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Endurify LLC ("Driven OS," "we," "us," or "our").
By creating an account, starting a free trial, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility
   You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Description of the Service
   Driven OS is a personal development application that provides tools for habit tracking, goal setting, weekly planning, mindset exercises, and related accountability features. The Service is provided to help you organize and pursue your personal goals. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

3. Accounts
   To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions, Free Trial, Billing, and Auto-Renewal
   Driven OS offers auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock the full features of the Service.
   Free trial. New subscribers may be offered a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged the applicable price.
   Pricing. Subscription options and prices are presented in the app at the time of purchase. Current options include a Monthly Plan and a Yearly Plan. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. Any price change will apply to billing periods after the change takes effect.
   Auto-renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your payment method will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
   Payment. Purchases made through the Apple App Store are billed through your Apple App Store account and are subject to Apple's terms. Purchases made through other platforms (such as Google Play or our website) are billed through the applicable payment provider.
   Cancellation. You can cancel your subscription at any time. For App Store subscriptions, manage or cancel through your device's App Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access until then.
   Refunds. Payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law. Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's policies. We do not control and cannot issue refunds for purchases made through the App Store.

5. Acceptable Use
   You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except as permitted by law.
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without our written permission.

6. Your Content
   The Service may allow you to enter content such as goals, habits, notes, and reflections ("Your Content"). You retain ownership of Your Content. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you. You are responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the right to submit it.

7. Intellectual Property
   The Service, including its design, text, graphics, logos, software, and all other materials (excluding Your Content), is owned by or licensed to Endurify LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

8. Third-Party Services
   The Service relies on third-party providers, including Apple, Google, and payment and analytics providers. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

9. Not Professional Advice
   Driven OS is a personal development and productivity tool. It does not provide medical, psychological, mental health, financial, legal, or other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for professional care. The content and features are for general informational and self-improvement purposes only. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health concern, consult a qualified professional. Your reliance on any information provided through the Service is at your own risk.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
    The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any results will be achieved through use of the Service.

11. Limitation of Liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Endurify LLC and its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification
    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Endurify LLC and its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

13. Termination
    We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

14. Changes to These Terms
    We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Johnson County, Iowa, United States.
