Fulfillment Policy for Mario Minnaert Coaching Services
1. Refund Policy
Coaching Programs:
Refunds are not provided once a coaching program has commenced, as the nature of coaching involves significant preparation and personal time investment.
If you are unsatisfied with your coaching experience, we encourage open communication to address your concerns promptly.
Digital Products/Online Courses:
Refunds are only available within 7 days of purchase, provided no significant portion of the course has been accessed or completed.
Workshops and Events:
Tickets or fees for workshops/events are non-refundable but can be transferred to another individual or credited toward a future session if notice is provided at least 48 hours before the event.
2. Cancellation Policy
One-on-One Coaching Sessions:
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be forfeited and will not be rescheduled or refunded, except in cases of emergency (at the discretion of the coach).
Group Coaching Programs:
No refunds or cancellations are permitted once the program has begun.
If unforeseen circumstances arise, clients may request to defer participation to a future group cohort, subject to availability and at the discretion of the coach.
3. Satisfaction Guarantee
While refunds are generally not provided, your satisfaction is a priority. If you believe the coaching program has not delivered the promised value, please contact us to discuss possible solutions, including additional support, resources, or alternative arrangements.
4. Payment Plans and Default Policy
For clients on payment plans, all installments must be completed as agreed upon at the time of enrollment.
Defaulting on payments will result in suspension of services until the account is brought current. Continued non-payment may lead to termination of the coaching agreement, and outstanding balances will remain due.
